Brent Dicker, founder and owner of Navigator Solutions LC, has over 30 years of experience in business management, operations, market research, personnel, and project management. Previously, Brent has held directorate level positions in Finance, Information Technology and Marketing. Navigator Solutions is the culmination of these years of experience and as an independent business management and technology consultant.


Client experience ranges from technology startups to multi-nationals and quasi-governmental agencies. During his career, Brent has traveled extensively, residing 10 years in southern Africa. He has consulted for companies and organizations in a dozen industries, including agriculture, automotive manufacturing, banking, business electronics, construction engineering, electrical manufacturing, and telecommunications.


Brent began his career as an intelligence analyst in the U.S. Navy in 1977, where he served until 1987, receiving personal awards from the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
